Bilingual  Assistance for Executives
We offer bilingual assistance for visiting executives during their stay here in Brazil.

1. Daily assistance for executives from the airport reception until take-off at the end of the visit.
2. Visits to clients and various business locales in the city of Sao Paulo.
3. Business fairs(Comdex, Telexpo, Intermodal, Expomanagent, etc.)
4. Business lunches, dinners, and other social events
5. Shopping

Services Available

1. We will provide a bilingual assistant/translator whom is cordial, gentile, and properly dressed for the hours requested.  A normal work day is 8 hours with a 1 hour lunch period. 
2. Translation and Interpretation of English and/or Spanish to Portuguese and vice versa including all related and necessary topics to the business and stay of the visitor.

 Miscellaneous Details

1. Transport costs for the executive and interpreter are not included.
2. Travel and food costs should be paid by the contracting company.
3. The translator will be briefed  beforehand as to the type of service and business that will be conducted in order to prepare him/her to facilitate and adapt accordingly.
4. If necessary, we will set up the visit with the proper equipment needed for simultaneous translation.  This will be an extra cost and we will need to be advised at least two business days beforehand in order to properly prepare.

Bilingual Assistance for Executives

1. R$70,00 per hour
2. R$105,00 for every hour of overtime(all worked hours after 8 hours already worked)  This value is also assessed for hours worked during weekends and holidays.

The project deadlines are in accordance with the particular agreements that we have with each particular party.  We take into consideration the size of the document and details involved.  We provide our service with urgency remembering always efficiency, security, and quality.

Confidentiality

We elaborate the work with complete confidence and confidentiality to propagate the success of our partnerships and continue to do business.   We can guarantee confidentiality for our clients through a NDA-Non Disclosure Agreement signed by the recognized parties before the execution of the project(s).

Payment Agreement:

Prices vary per project. Please consult us regarding pricing.

Fifty percent of cost should be prepaid and fifty percent at the end of the project.
